The Commercial Director is responsible for all commercial activities in relation with the sales and supplies of the Company.

Main responsibilities of the Director:

controlling and managing offers for major projects,
implementation of, and participation in, competitive bidding,
concluding EPC agreements with Clients, moreover:
selection and contracting of subcontractors.

Attila LÓRÁNT
Contracting Director

The Contracting Director is the head of:

all project managers of the company, the organization and scheduling team directly supporting them, furthermore the overall administration.

Construction Director manages and controls:

the facility engineers and technical supervisors involved in the constructing process
on-site labor-, health and safety-, and environmental protection managers
on-site quality inspectors
installation engineers and measuring experts for new plant handovers.

Financial Director

Financial Director controls and manages:

the chief-accountant, the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Controlling functions of OTF Co.
