1979 A separate general contracting company is established within
OLAJTERV
2000 OLAJBER (renamed later OTF Contracting Co.), a company limited by shares is established by the management of Olajterv Holding Ltd., BKI,
EGI, Reinhold & Mahla Ltd., VEGYÉPSZER Co., EGI Co. and BKG Co.
with a 10% share of the latter four shareholders.
2001 The general contracting organization of Olajterv Co. is transferred to Olajber Co.
2002 Olajber Co. is renamed to OTF Contracting Co.
2006 The management sells its shares to Olajterv-Holding Ltd. and to the privately owned Olajterv Asset Management Ltd. Following a capital increase by VEGYÉPSZER Co. and Olajterv Asset Management Ltd., the current ownership structure is as follows:
Structure is as follows: Olajterv Asset Management Ltd. 68,0 %
Olajterv-Holding Ltd. 20,4 %
VEGYÉPSZER Co. 10,6 %
Reinhold & Mhala Ltd. 1,0 %

2007 OTF Contracting Corporation is transformed into a Zrt.
(private limited company).
2008 OTF Contracting Co. becomes a MOL Group GLOBAL-5 partner.
