Company History
1963 “Kőolaj és Gázipari Tervező Vállalat”, the predecessor of Olajterv Contracting and Engineering Co. was established by OKGT and the Ministry of Industry, for the purpose of general engineering assignments of the newly launched projects related to oil and gas industry.
1979 OLAJTERV founds a General Contracting company
1991 After the political transformation OLAJTERV was reorganized into a company limited by shares, owned by ÁPV Co (State Privatization and Holding Company).
1992 MOL Co. obtains a 90% share of OLAJTERV through acquisition from ÁPV Co.
(90 % MOL Co., 10 % MRP /Employee Share Option Scheme/ ownership)
1992 Introduction of 3D CAD design tools.
1995 Implementation of a certified ISO 9001 QM system.
2000 OLAJBER (renamed later OTF Contracting Co.), a company limited by shares is established by the management of Olajterv Co. (Olajterv Holding Ltd.), BKI, EGI, R&M and VEGYÉPSZER, with a 10% share of the latter four shareholders.,
2001 The management of Olajterv Co. acquires the whole parcel of shares of owned by MOL Co. and a major part of MRP share package.
2002 Olajterv Co. founds the Nuclear Engineering Department.
2006 Olajterv Asset Management Ltd., a privately owned company, acquires a dominant majority share in Olajterv Co. and implements a significant capital increase.
2007 Olajterv Corporation is transformed into a Zrt. (private limited company).
The ownership structure changes as follows:
Olajterv Asset Management Ltd.: 75,01 %
Olajterv-Holding Ltd.: 23,5 %
51 private individuals: 1,49 %
2008 Olajterv Co. becomes a MOL GLOBAL-5 partner.
