As a major milestone in the history of Olajterv Group, let me announce the birth of a new, highly enlarged Group taking place on the 1st of January 2008. By the end of 2007, the Group – where OLAJTERV Asset Management Ltd. directly or indirectly holds an ownership share of 50% or more – was a strong actor in Project Management and Engineering, with a staff of professionals of outstanding quality. From 2008, the scope of these activities has expanded and the Group now includes companies with expertise and convincing track records in Plant Construction and implementation.
While maintaining their integrity, the member companies of the Group are flexibly adjusting their activities to the prevailing market demands. At the same time, such a concentration of skills in plant construction and implementation of pipeline and distribution systems has been accumulated, that is notable in an international context as well.
The companies within Olajterv Group employed a total headcount of 1,400 professionals by the end of 2007, while the aggregated Group Turnover was over HUF 35 billion.
For the year 2008, based on the signed Contracts and those being negotiated, forecasts estimate that the Group turnover will double, while the headcount remains unchanged.
In addition to the quantitative growth, the Management of the Group focuses increasingly on ensuring the highest quality of work, excellent implementation, comprehensive customer service with an uncompromising attitude towards overall customer satisfaction.
